I want to moderate the server 206.221.183.218:27115, I believe the right way to punish a player who is misbehaving is to give them a fair warning, if they continue I would if I could move them to spectate for the rest of the round. Just to give them the meaning of seriousness.

I'm Italian, and I like to give the whole story if something bad or disappointing happens.
