Why would you like to become a moderator?
I want to become an moderator for this server is because of 2 main things:
1.I play early in the morning based on the most of the staff members/admins timezone or really busy at the moment and i could fill up the spot to be the admin the server needs so everything would go by the rules.
2.I see quite alot of rulebreakers that are not being take care of in the past 1-3h and its quite annoying because we cannot do anything about it sometimes even donors arent on the servers or vote deosnt go trough.
I decided to join the staff/admin team because:
1. You're looking for staff members
2.I see that BWL has some gaps in the server for example, no jailbreak admin online to deal with the problem in that part of the timeline i am mostly be playing on. And i would have the power to stop the rule breakers to make everything right to every person playing on the server atp.
3.If i terminate the problem quickly then the server won't die so fast.

About 60h per two weeks
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
General Approach:
I always warn first if the rulebreak is minor or accidental.
I keep punishments fair, not personal
I escalate only if the player keeps breaking the rules after being warned.
Blue Team (Guards/Warden):
These roles need responsibility, so punishment must be firm but fair.
No mic on Blue / No orders as Warden
Teamban 30–60 minutes (mic is required to play Blue)
Avoiding being Warden (!uw, killing themselfs, rejoining the server):
Teamban 1-2 hours or 1-2 days (depends how many times a person keeps avoiding being warden)
Freekill (1-3 times)
Warn + explain what went wrong + Slay if still in round
Freekill (3-6 time)
Teamban 2 hours + Slay if still in round
Mass Freekill / Intentional
Teamban 1 day + Slay if still in round
Warden abuse (e.g., lying, fake LRs, trick orders)
Teamban 2–4 hours (depends how often the individual has done it before)
Red Team(Prisoners):
Delaying / Camping / Hiding (1st time)
Slay + verbal warning
Hiding in glitch/unreachable spots
Slay, warn and Kick if repeated
Communication Offenses:
Micspam
Mute 1 hour or 3 hour if repeated
Chat Spam / Toxic messages (1st time)
Gag 1 hour
Chat or Voice toxicity (2nd+ time or bad language)
Gag or Mute for 4–6 hours or Silence if both used
Harassment / Racism / Slurs
Silence plus Kick or Temp Ban if serious
Other Rulebreaking:
Inappropriate sprays (NSFW, offensive, etc.)
Permanent Sprayban (no warning needed)
Exploiting (e.g., map bugs, unreachable spots)
Slay plus Kick or Ban if done again after multiple warnings
Mass Rulebreaking / Rejoining to troll again
1–3 Day Ban
Cheating, hate speech, alt account abuse
Permanent Ban (Zero tolerance)
Summary
Warn → Punish → Escalate
I focus on keeping the server fun and fair for everyone.
I don’t punish instantly unless the rule is serious.
