On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I usually play on the 2Fort and Jailbreak( Mainly LA and the US). I'd like to moderate any of one those two JB servers.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
There is a mass influx of people who haven't read the rules or simply don't know them. I feel as though, moderators are to solely enforce the rules but help others learn them. Normal players can be harsh on people who don't know the rules and it makes the game overall unfun. Becoming a moderator should not only help new players learn about the Blackwonder community but make them want to come back. I want to become a moderator to ensure that everyone is having a good time, and wanting to become a bigger part of this community.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate

Usually, anything in general after one week will be a month, or depending on how serious the offense, a Perma-ban
Mic and Chat spamming: Warning, then into Mute/Gag for 30 mins for 1st offense. One hour to one day proportional to the number of additional offenses.
Overtalking the Warden: Pretty much the same as Mic Spamming.
Ghosting: Warning, Mute for 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours . . .
Racism/Harassment: Warning, then into an hour mute, gag, or silence. 2nd offense at least 4 hours. 3rd up to a day. Any additional offense will either result in a week punishment or a Perma-ban.
Inappropriate Sprays or Conscientious Objectors: Warning to change it/unequip it, If not complying will result in a ban, and Perma-ban if occurring again after the ban punishment.
Free hit: Must heal all reds, and if its a constantly reoccurring thing it will be a Teamban for 30 mins
Free kill: Slay, if occurring consecutively over rounds Teamban for 30 mins to an hour.
Massfreekill: Teamban for a week, 2nd offense for 2 weeks, 3rd offense will result in Teamban for a month, and anything after will be a Perma-ban
Teamkill: Slay, 2-hour Teamban, 4-hour team ban, One Week. . .
Massbaiting: Slay, if occurring consecutively over rounds Teamban for 30 mins to an hour (just the same as Free kill)
Kill Orders and Trick Orders: Slay, 1st offense Teamban for 1 hour, 4 hours, One Week . . .
Favoritism (this will also apply if they try to employ "Pardoning" or Deny LR): Slay, 1-day Teamban, 4-hour Teamban, One Week . . .
Exploiting (Contractor Glitch, Late Spawning, Map Exploiting, etc.): Warning, Slay, then a ban if occurring after the Slay.
Camping Armory and Stick Trapping: Warning, Slay, 2nd Teamban for an hour, 3rd for 4 hours, and anything after will result in a Teamban for one day to a month proportional to the number of offenses.
Button Griefing (BLUS and Free days): Slay, Ban for a proportional amount of time to the number of offenses.
Unwilling to go Warden or Unable to go warden (Inaudible Mic or No mic): Slay, One-day team ban, Two-day team ban, One week . . .
Hacking of any kind will result in a Perma-ban
