If i get team banned how do I get unbanned i didnt find my name on the ban dashboard

Teambans are stored outside of sourcebans.
You can search them here:

You can appeal on the forums to get unbanned, there's an option called "Appeal a punishment" under the "Application forms" section on the home page.

"uw" is short for unwarden, you unwardened during a round, and its not allowed, you must be willing to play warden

You can make an appeal at punishments, but get ur steam ID and who punished you and all those details.
