And a BLU rolls Spawn a Sentry/Toxic/RTD that kills REDs is counted as freekill and why?

If it's spawn a sentry then it is freekill since the blu have to place it in the first place for it to kill, im not sure about the rest.

It depends. That day is considered a freeday, which means blues should not freekill with their RTDs. If a blue rolls timebomb, or toxic, and runs into reds, that would be considered freekilling. Similarly, if a blue rolls sentry they should not place it. Reds running into blues with RTDs like this cannot complain about freekill since they ran into it on their own.
