Suppose a warden gives an order that is impossible to follow for certain player. The player in question fails to follow it and gets killed by the blu team. Is that allowed or not?
The example I have in mind is someone playing obby. They are in the middle of the obby because they were taking it slow, while some other players have already finished. The warden orders to finish the map in 20 seconds when there is no possible way for a person in the middle of the map to finish it in 20 seconds. The player fails to finish the obby and gets killed by the blu. Is that allowed or not?

people finished and you were way behind. many people were able to make it within the time warden set. You're salty you're slow. get better! like 10 people finished before you. plenty of time was given BEFORE he even placed a timer.

The question isn't about this particular situation. The question is about the principle of a warden giving orders that are literally impossible to complete for certain players (not for all players).

If others could finish a minigame in time, it is the fault of the player for slowing themselves down, or not being on par with the others in terms of physical ability. One will be rewarded according to their skill. Obvious exceptions can be made for invalid scenarios where, for example, the first red reaches the end and immediately after, the Warden says, "Finish Obby by 6" while the time is 6:05. This can be seen as favoritism as there is realistically no difference between this, and saying, "Finish for LR" midway through the minigame, instead of at the start when the Warden must.
In your example though, it seems multiple people were able to complete the minigame, and simply that you and others were just too slow.

Dear bergenco,

Just to be clear. If I'm warden and I'm ordering the reds to play obby, as soon as the first red finishes, I'm allowed to set a time limit that most of the red players inside the minigame won't possibly be able to complete. Do I have that right?

If, according to the length and difficulty of the map's Obby, it can be agreed that the reds as a whole have been given enough time to complete, where multiple should have already been done by now, and that the rest can objectively be seen as delaying, then yes, you may give a time that seems "impossible". But if one red speed demon completes the Obby while the rest are actively trying, please do not give the rest of the reds one second to finish (Hyperbole).

Dear bergenco,

Thank you for your response. I do not fully understand your response and would like to ask you a few more questions.
During the obby (purely hypothetical), warden said that he was about to ask a question and the first person to answer would get a laser. I wanted to get a laser so I opened the chat console and waited for the warden to ask the question, while other players progressed. I also engaged by discussing other matters on chat, which further delayed my progress in the obby. After there were only 4 players left (1 afk in cells, 2 likely finished the obby already) the warden orders me to finish in 14 seconds, an impossible task.
Note that in this purely hypothetical situation, the warden never instructed to make active progress, only to start obby.
It seems that you think that making impossible orders as a warden and killing the reds for not being able to follow them is acceptable, which is confusing to me.
I thought the warden can only order things that can be reasonably completed by every red. To clear up the rules, I would appreciate if you answered the following situations:
is it allowed for the warden to order to and kill for not following:
1. Reds to complete obby in 14 seconds given >50% of reds have completed obby, yet the last person cannot possibly complete it.
2. Reds to complete obby in 14 seconds given two fast reds have completed obby yet there are 8 people stilll in obby half of whom can complete it in 14 seconds, other half necessarily failing to follow the order.
3. Reds to complete obby in 14 seconds given 8 (half of reds) have completed obby, other 8 are in the middle of it, and all of them have delayed obby at some time by chatting with other players during obby. There have been no orders for the warden to actively be making progress. Only half of the reds still inside of obby are able to possibly complete it in the given limit.

If you could answer whether each of the above scenarios is allowed for the warden (or undetermined, depending on some other condition) I would greatly appreciate this, as it is very confusing for me. If you could provide a justification for each answer, it would be even better!

Warden must use sense on how much time is left, scouts complete obby real fast while heavy is the slowest, so you must give enough time for heavy to finish it, you cannot do impossible orders that makes reds kos not matter what, I recommend giving minimal of 1 min, if reds are close to finish give like 30-15 seconds.

Simply give enough time for last red to finish.

That's what I thought as well. But bergenco apparently thinks it's ok to give impossible to complete orders. So which one of you is correct?

The warden can't intentionally kill you unless you fail the (achievable) restrictions of the minigame or you were delaying. No, it is not allowed.

Maybe it wasn't actually possible and the warden made a miscalculation. I forgive them :)

Dear Viking34,

Thanks for the response. What you said is in accordance with my understanding of the rules. As I understand you, you think that warden must give orders that are achievable by every red. If the reds delay following a previous order, then they are KOS, because delaying following orders makes reds KOS. This meaningfully answers a large part of my question. Another question remains then: if the warden says to start a minigame yet does not order to make active progress or to complete it, and a red starts (follows the order) but stops at a certain point in the minigame to chat with other players instead of completing the minigame, does that make the red KOS or not?
In my understanding it does not, since the warden only ordered to start the minigame, not to make active progress or to complete it. However, I could be wrong.

Jailbreak prisons are brutal and inhumane. Survival rate is abysmal.

The warden holds a gun to your head and orders you to start running, but you take one single step in a deliberate misunderstanding of the action.

Your family did not receive the insurance money.

Dear Viking34,

Your post seems to be a troll/joke. However, I asked a serious question about a situation I was confused about. I would greatly appreciate if you offered direct answers to the three situations I laid out in my post above.
