Resolved [JB] Dragon's fury does not crit correctly

Still an issue, blues don't gain crits using this weapon.

Not sure if it has been brought up before but another bug with the Dragon's Fury is it does not deal self damage during prophunt when you attack with it so that also needs fixing.

I've pushed a patch. Waiting on bene to upload to the servers.

patch has been pushed to the server. Tested and working. The dragon's furry can now 2-shot everything except an overhealed heavy.
