Declined (JB) Add !firelock command for donators

I just think fire should be removed, there is no excuse for using !fire, literally just plain Warden Disrespect.

Warden rarely gets fired, let alone for no reason. It's normal (and not serious) for a warden to get a !fire from 2 people. Donors should NOT have an ON/OFF command to turn off !fire or any ON/OFF command that would affect gameplay. If you are being mass fired for no reason, report them.

I find this ironic as you are the person who (likely) abuses !fire and advocates for people to abuse it. You use !fire ALL THE TIME and constantly tell others to mass fire the warden: https://tfstats.tf/players/40522053. You only want to have this command so people can't fire you. Personally, I don't want donors like you to have this command.
