According to him
That's illegal because it's a kill order and you are encouraging Reds to hit the ball and rebel.
Crouch walk day is illegal
Why would anyone, in sane conscience, do this? You would be ruining the gameplay experience for everyone.

It is not illegal as far as I know. Rules simply say you cannot impose Reds limitations based on the progress made by other Reds.
Taunt day is illegal
Same thing as "Crouch walk day".

yes. placed on motd and condensed too.
that is highly unlikely considering any "condensed" version via the MOTD system would likely result in players considering that the rules, leading to more chaos and confusion.

quickly regarding this: days are as good as normal orders. They don't exist on BLW anymore.

also telling prisoners to not delay is not illegal as far as I know, maybe I'm missing some context as to why you believe this is so.

I think the best solution to uninformed players would be to have messages that appear in the server chat that says stuff like "AFK Frozen means no moving, no usage of mouse, and no taunting. However, healing with a medigun counts as being AFK frozen.", "Blues are not allowed to open rebel secrets", and "Reds may hit blues that are baiting". Some rules are broken more than others, the server telling players in chat that cell wars is only allowed with less than 4 blues might help newer players understand the rules.
However i think this could lead to the confusion Chris was talking about above.

It is not illegal, it is the rule. From my understanding of these threads, Kevman has never read the rules.

I doubt that'll do anything, if not clog up chat. No one already pays attention to the regular broadcast/advert messages, so why would people pay attention to JB rules? Also - that would involve adding a completely separate system in place exclusively for JB, which is a lot of work for little to no benefit.

Ah thanks. Now I know the truth about that situation
so it was indeed missing context.

This. Kevman, most of the stuff you usually claim aren’t in the rules, are. You genuinely need to go and read the jb rules AND definitions before you continue complaining about supposed “rules that don’t exist”.
