Answered [Jailbreak] Minecraft Obstacle Course

There is/are minecraft map(s) for jailbreak which has this pit inside their obstacle course in which, when you fall in, you would have to do multiple things in order to get out.

Though, would it be considered as ghosting if someone were to tell them (when dead) the steps to get out? Or at least even mentioning the final step which was the code.

Another question is, would it be considered as rulebreaking when the warden lied to the person the steps to get out and got them killed?

Giving any kind of information related to the game while dead is considered ghosting which includes secrets.

Warden is not allowed to lie to prisoners, if he does and someone like in your scenario dies as a result, feel free to report him.
