I have already made a suggestion on discord and one of the Dev agreed on it

Problem with this is there is a specified point within the rules that allows ghosting.

No ghosting​

You cannot give information about alive players while dead. Examples can include giving them answers in quiz games, or telling people where a player is located at. Exceptions are made if the remaining players are ineligible for LR and delaying the game.

Making this change would require amending the rules and would further enable problem players.

you can hide spectator chat on your own, and it's called "team chat".
If anyone breaks the rules, report them.
