So the the warden says Out of cell rebel and lava day is active, then says that lava days is over and for to everyone leave cells then, kills everyone who does not leave cells.
Then claiming that out of cell rebel day was not active because they did not say day at the end and just said "Our of cell rebel" is this breaking the tricky orders rule and mass free-kill?

If it's the way you said it then they're implying that both orders are 'days'. It's a tricky order in my view as it's vague.

If thats exactly what they said, "Out of Cell Rebel and Lava Day," then yes, thats a trick order. The active days should be specified first to avoid confusion. Lava Day and Out of Cell Rebel is fine, for example.

warden mass freekilled, if he said them in separate orders then it wouldnt have been out of cell rebel day, but he said them in the same order in the way you stated it so yes, it was out of cell rebel day.
