So I know you cant build in minigames. Now some say you can build teleporters and dispeners just not sentries and some say you cant build at all except teleporters. I need some clarification on that. Other than that, is whatever this guy is doing even allowed?

Typically I forbid building anything in minigames because dispensers and teles can still block areas and allow access to areas that shouldn't be reached. I don't see it written in the rules so I'll push to have a staff consensus to add it at some point since I think it's fair to have written down.
