Why would you like to become a moderator?
I want to be a moderator because I care about the health and growth of this community, I value respectful, engaging and I believe good moderation plays a key role in maintaining that. I’m committed to helping enforce rules fairly, resolving conflicts calmly, and making sure everyone feels welcome and heard. I am also organised, reliable, and capable of handling both routine tasks and unexpected issues with a level-headed and calm approach. Being a moderator isn’t just about control, it’s about service, and I’m ready to contribute in a way that helps the community thrive. My work in real life is a public service role which enables me to learn how to handle any situation at any time in a quick and professional manner so I think my work experience can be a benefit to the staff team.

As often as I can when not working and chilling with family

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
If people are free killing on blu, I'd team ban them for a period of time once I've gathered enough proof or witnessed it myself, if they have no mic, I'd do a mic check and team ban them till they prove they have a mic, if reds are exploiting major bugs in maps I'd server ban them and report it to senior staff to alert them off the exploits.

Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I have experience moderating and managing staff and players on other games outside of TF2 for the past 5 years, I learn quickly and am dedicated to making gameplay as enjoyable for everyone in game and being friendly on discord (I admit I'm not as active on discord as I don't always use it)

Tfstats is still down, so we can't see your total playtime. From your all of your recorded sessions, it looks like your playtime is around ~22 hours. total.

1 old ban from AC (2021), looks like a false positive
No other prior punishments
Chatlogs are fine

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate

- What about the general server rules that aren't specific to the Jailbreak gamemode? (inappropriate sprays, slurs, micspam, etc..)

If a user is continuously break server rules I’d ban them from the server for a day and if it’s persistent after the first ban do a secondary review of the rules broken and if deemed to be making it unplayable for other community members, either ban them for an extended period of time such as a week or a permanent server ban.

if people are breaking general rules on other servers, say deathrun or class wars, I’ll issue a verbal warning and if it’s something serious like mic spamming racist remarks mute then first and if it’s deemed seriously offensive and deliberately targeted at someone in the server issue the culprit with a server ban

Yes I recognise that other account as it was my original steam account I used for years with a crazy amount of time in TF2 that i unfortunately lost to a phishing like due to not understanding the dangers of pressing links.
