Closed Iq limit for jb

Let us, the blackwonder jb community, instate an iq limit so that we can limit the amount of dumb/terrible rules
This is a ripoff of the age limit (BUT BETTER)

Yeah this is the problem. We gotta keep the iq and gpa low enough to retain the playerbase, while removing the low iq/gpa people.

it would be cool to have a prefered blue ranking. In the form of a test or a permission granted by mods. Just so if there are a lot of people joining blu the ones who dont get teamswitched are vetted as proper blues.
