When II join the jailbreak server, it says that the server is running an older version of TF2.How do I solve this problem?

Update TF2, leave the game and go to your steam updates, then manually force update TF2.

When @hey ya can't read properly

When it says the SERVER is running an older version that means there are still people connected that haven't updated yet. The server auto updates when everyone leaves or at 4am for usual restart, whichever comes first.
