Resolved i feel ripped off

I just got done donating for admin/vip. Then i go on the server try a command and it did not work! so i check my sent trade offers and there are none. i check my inventory and my key is gone! plz help

You usually get your donor when the server resets or map change.

Also that screenshot of no key in your inventory isn't going to do good since people might not know whether you even had a key to begin with.

has this issue been resolved as donator peeks take up to 24 hours to apply?
