Resolved I donated with a key and its been more than 2 weeks and didn't get donator in the severs

Me and My friend, yeet,had the same problem. But I have the donor but i am only limited to jb servers ( Bought donor using my credits) and my items in my inventory disappeared for some reason. My friend, Yeet, bought donor few weeks ago with a key but still hasn't received it yet up until now.
