On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
Was semi-active on NY in 2020/2021, but I am on US orange most of the time now. Added other servers in the case US orange were to go down for some reason and a situation would arise on the other servers.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I’ve started playing on the orange server(s) more recently and have found it to be a fun server with a friendly community. The server is generally clean, with few cheaters and abusers (of various methods). Still, more often than not, they do exist. Disruptive activities ruin a player's experience on the server, leading to irritating conditions with which players must play with. While donator commands are great for the moment, cheaters cannot be punished or dealt with without assistance. Moreover, players can avert votes on them by simply rejoining. With my moderation, I hope the active crit servers can be a more friendly and welcoming place for both old and new players.

How often do you play TF2?
I have been on for around on average 20-30 hours per two weeks, with most of the time being on after 7 P.M. EST to around 12 A.M. (at times a bit later). At times I might play less or find it difficult in a week due to school, outside factors, etc, but overall the hours and times aforementioned are consistent.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Considering I wish to be a moderator of a crit server, the main issues at hand would be text chat or voice abuse, cheating, sprays, and spawn-camping of any sort.
A general ladder can be warning -> 30 minutes -> 1 hour -> 2 hour -> 4 hour, so on and so forth of each respective punishment per scenario. I believe looking at the player’s history would be relevant in this regard.
Text-chat spammers (can be dependent on the situation):
In the case they are not a bot / cheater and made a mistake - gag based on general ladder
Advertising cheats in any regard / flooding chat - permanent gag and spectate to see if they are a cheater
Hostile / slurs / racist language on voice chat - mute based on general ladder and previous history
Voice chat disruption (i.e. terrible mic, not speaking English) - mute based on general ladder and previous history
Sprayban - warning, spray-ban
Spawn-camping / exploits - ban based on general ladder and previous history
Cheating (whether I view the cheating or am given evidence) - permanent ban, if need recording through software (NVIDIA Shadowplay, Medal, demo, etc)
