How to rebel 101

I have 237 hours in jailbreak, where I've played about 50% as a guard and 50% as a prisoner, and I'll tell you on how to be a good rebeller with experience.

First and most important thing, experience. With experience, you will understand rules, orders, secrets, and locations of ammo, secrets, and parts you need to open the map exit. I can't just say "oh just do this" then you will become the best rebeller that BLW has ever seen, but I can tell you on how you can enjoy killing the clearly overpowered team against your odds, and how you can beat them.

I'll start with classes, most classes are good at rebelling with some outliers, spy is the most notable one as a bad rebel class, I mean do you jump at a soldier or heavy with 100% crits in casual just to pray for a backstab? Probably not.

Another bad rebel class is Engineer as you're weak without your sentry (something valve was trying to do with the class in general)

Another class people like to say is Medic, but I don't play Medic much to say it but with my experience to seeing Medics rebel, he's very depedent with the factor of, "does he have another medic rebelling with him?" 2 medics will almost always gurantee in the death of 1 guard.

I'll talk about the good rebel classes, In my opinion these are: Heavy, Sniper, Scout, Pyro, and Soldier.

Heavy has recently become my favorite class to rebel as he's the only class were you're not fucked by crits with his hp pool, Tomislav is the best primary for him as you can jumpscare unsuspecting guards, especially Scouts with its silent rev, Secondaries I would recommend a lunchbox item, prefferably the dalokohls bar giving you 350 hp, and a melee that isnt the GRU works. (Basically starting at 100 HP isnt good for rebelling)

Sniper is self explanitory, only traditionally long range class, just don't use the huntsman or an smg for god's sake.. use the cozy camper for passive hp too.

Scout with his high speed helps you with running away, and you can combine that with bhopping (HUGE KEY: MAKE SURE TO NOT BE A DUMBASS and HAVE BHOP TURNED OFF!! IVE SEEN SO MANY NEW PLAYERS TRY TO REBEL AND THEY DIXNT HAVE BHOP ON PLEASE) and with his high speed you can also do what I call, hit and runs, where you kill 1 guard then run away, hey atleast 5 guards is better than 6 guards and helps REDs have a chance at mass rebelling against Warden, just be careful with demos, heavkes, and soldiers who can fuck you up easily.

Pyro and Soldier is what I call, "Kamikaze rebellers" where you jump in a group and try to bring down as many guards as you can, preferably Wardens. Pyro is a huge example for this as his flamethrower and afterburn can kill any Guards who aren't on high alert, other than that both of these classes aren't really good at rebelling.

As a Soldier, ALWAYS use the concherer because of its healing stat being very helpful. In general any item outside of medics arsenal that gives healing is useful.

Demo is mid? Other than funny rando crits and the jumpscre of demoknight I dont find much use due to the 100% crits guard posesss.

Alright how to we rebel now?

As a rebeller, your biggest enemy is the Warden, with his order of "Guards can hunt and chase" (they have to say it to kill you if you're out of their general area ) and also you have to abuse many things to help you rebel.

Number 1 thing, Damage surfing, In casual it's mostly used by medic mains where you use the knockback of damage to give you a boost, nd with 100% crits and bhop? Broken. Just be aware that you will take some form of damage and you gotta find a way to recover.

And with the knowledge of all map secrets with ammo, god knows how you powerful you can be, and how many rounds you can destroy as a rebeller.

Thankz 4 read end

Theres also 1 way I’ve done mostly if lucky when if we’re close to the armory. I kept my fellow cellmates to rush to the armory whenever a guard enters inside. If lucky to get closer with the entire team & i try blocking the door. We all ran in & starts a mass rebel day lol

you should not do this alone as heavy, spy, sniper. If you wanna do it as heavy. Then you should try and get a medic to uber you and start the massacre

plus we’ve also been doing this om Freeday for all mostly lmao

This only really work in maps where the armory door doesnt close instantly lol or it doesnt crush you to death,

Ill add a part 2 to this soon regarding map specific stuff

DO NOT FOLLOW THIS GUIDE

The Warden Respect committee have sanctioned this post due to misinformation and the encouragement of reckless behaviour. It is highly recommended to disregard any advice shared in this guide. Any attempt to carry out what this guide encouraged will not be unpunished!

All the pros recommend to not rebel, rebelling is an act of Warden Disrespect. I recommend blocking this user as they are clearly infected with a bad case of Warden Disrespect. Follow The Wardens orders, crouch walk to markers when told, AFK freeze means DO NOT MOVE A MUSCLE.

DO NOT REBEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Not everyone knows how to do this or bhop. What about those people that can't do it?

Good question, for bhop, unlike CSS or CS2, TF2 didn't have bhopping in mind as a viable source for movement. So most servers come up with their own plugin/version of bhop, these plugins always tend to make these bhops ALWAYS perfect so you don't need to strafe that hard, you just hold space, and never hold W, and press A and turn your camera slightly towards the left or right, then D turning the camera slightly of the opposite direction you initially started with.

Damage surfing also contributes to this, the "surfing" doesn't really involve surfing, it's more of the damage you take that but you get a huge boost from the crit damage by the guards to give you more velocity which means... more speed and more bhop to rebel!!!!
