How do i kill menendez

Hi Guys. So im playing the call of duty black ops 2 campaign right now, and im on the mission "Achilles Veil" where you play as an undercover agent by Menendez's and kill american soldiers but i would like to kill Menendez instead because i hate him. how do i do it without the game restarting the mission?

It always says "Your actions have compromised the mission" whenever i shoot/knife him btw

Just wait until the end of the mission.

i already know what happens at the end

you can only kill menendez in the last mission

At the final mission you'll face off menendez and you have 2 options to kill or let him live. So the best option is to kill him
