On Jailbreak it lags the Server and spams the chat when there are no people on a team

You have no way of confirming this is what lags the server... The chat messages are only displayed to those it may concern, if you backstab me we'll both get the message that you gained some of my points, and only you will get the message you gained extra points for the backstab kill. Or I'm mixing it with GameME.

It is constantly messaging it causing the Server to lag from it.

Valve's latest update has caused this. It happens on every server that relies on arena mode. It occurs when only 1 person is on the server

That's not a bug with HLStats, that's the game and Sourcemod itself.

Since the latest update, in prep for the incoming large content update, SM keeps on triggering the event on_round_start when one person is on, causing anything that starts on the round - i.e messages like this, to be spammed.

Some server owners have added a bot to each team as a workaround to this round_start issue, perhaps this could be considered.

Yeah, that's what a server owner wrote on the mailing list. I have added this now.
