On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
VSH Sky High Resort, Jailbreak, Deathrun, Surf, Jump, Trade servers and Class Wars. All in SG. I would like to moderate Jailbreak, VSH, Class Wars and Trade servers.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
It's because I met so many people being rude and bullying kids who is playing in the servers. I would like to stop cyberbullying and rule breaking in Blackwonder. I mostly met them as the same servers. So if I would like to tell them that no one cannot stop these people

I always play TF2. Mostly Blackwonder.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
In Jailbreak, there'll be mfk, mic spam, spamming(chat) and more.-
MFK
Most people who mfk will mic spam too. So I teamban them and mute them for 30 minute. If this keep happening, I'll start add up time (maximum a month) until he stop. If he keep mfk, I'll P-Tban since he's gonna continue to do it.
No mic and being blue
First, I'll mic check. If he don't have a mic or intentionally not using his mic, he'll gonna be tban for 30 minutes. If he's continue being blue, the tban will extend to 1 day to a week. If he still being blue, he'll tbanned for no mic, and he must have mic to be unbanned.
Over talking to warden (VC only)
First, I'll warn the guy who over talks to warden. If he keeps over talking, I'll mute him for 30 minutes. If not, I'll extend the time.
Any rules being broke by blue
They'll get a warning first. If they keep breaking it, I'll tban them for 30 minutes. Depends on the time when breaking the rules, I'll tban them for a longer period.

In VSH, mostly delaying, camping and being friendlies.-
Delaying
If it's red, I'll ghost since he's delaying or AFK. If it's hale, I'll instant slay if only needed. If he afk for too long, I'll kick them if the system is not doing anything.
Camping
I'll warn them to not camp. But if they continue camping, I'll kick them from the server.
Being friendlies
Since people will continue to kill the hale, I'll not going to deal with it. Unless the reds really be friendlies with the hale or not I'll kill them or end round timer for delaying the round too (Since the round won't ends until the whole team getting wiped out.)

In Class Wars, there's a chance that there'll be aimbots and others exploiters(All of these will be at the bottom), but I'll mostly take about spawncamping only
Spawncamping
Since it's Dustbowl, there's only one gate in red team's first and second spawn (or blue team's second and third spawn) I'll just minor warn people since some classes can overtake other classes e.g. Medic vs Any classes (expect low health classes). But if it's intentionally spawncamping, I'll slay them and give them a warning. If the problem not solved, I'll kick them from the game.

Mostly scammers, gambling and beggers.
Scamming
This will lead to instant kick from the server. If he keep scamming, this'll lead to and instant ban.
Gambling
If there's isn't a middleman,
I will not take any responsibility.
But if there is a middleman,
I'll ask them how the gambling works and what happened.
The punishment depends on the thing they gamble :
If the loser didn't give the item they gamble with,
he must give the item to the winner.
If not,
the loser will be kicked from the server.
If the gamble as arguments,
They must stop the gamble and I'll warn them if there's another gamble argument between them again
they will get kicked from the server and not doing gamble together.

Mic spamming, like playing music or holding the mic for too long, I'll mute them for only 30 minutes unless he's a bot. If he's a bot, I'll mute them for a day since he's gonna spam automatically. If he stops, I'll stay as a day - a week unless it'll be a month or P-mute.
Chat spamming, similar as mic spam, the punishment is the same.
Using different languages in voice chat
First, I'll ask them to chat in English. I'll ask them to play Brazilian servers (If they're from Brazil or knowing this language.) and rather being in English only server.
If not, I'll warn them and mute them for 30 minutes or less. The mute time extends if they continue chat in different languages in English only server.
Insulting
I'll mostly asking them to be nice. If they're not caring about my warning, I'll mute or Gag them for 30 minutes. If they continue to insult people, I'll silent them (So muting and gaging) for 1 hour so so. If the problem continues, I'll silent them for a day or maximum a week.
Bullying
These people mostly being teenagers who insulting a kid who is <13 or immature. Since this is cyberbullying, there'll be no warnings and instant silent them for 30 minutes. If this problem continues, they'll getting silent for a day or maximum a month. If the suspect is 13+ and immature, I'll tell them to not use VC or be more mature.
Exploiting and Hacking
These people will have severe punishments. At first, I'll kick them from the game, if this guy keeps coming back and using exploits or hacking, He'll getting banned for a week to a maxim of a month. If the hacker or exploiter comes back , I'll P-Ban him if he uses exploits or hacking again.

I'm not really mature, but I'm trying my best to be like a teen but a cry baby. I always been angry about the rule breakers and bullies. I hope the cyberbullying or rule breaking can be stopped in Blackwonder.
