Resolved High ping on server suddenly

I am from Hong Kong and used to play in the SG dodgeball advanced server with around 40 pings, but I got 200+ ping when I joined the server today. I never met this situation, and I think the server has changed location, or my clientside issue caused the problem. I called ISP and they said the network is exemplary, also other servers in SG and HK are low ping, the US db servers are even lower than SG servers. What should I do?

I don't have this issue, it's most likely from your end but I will do some research

try this guide and trace the route from your IP to the server's IP. The most common problem with high ping is your ISP not optimally routing your internet.
