Because only by looking on what you are posting, I can safely say that you are not suited as admin.
But just for fun, here are two reasons why you won't be accepted as an admin (yet):

• Unreasonable. "Why not" is the worst answer for ´"Why should we make you admin"
• Not patient. Spamming "please give me admin" 3 times doesn't help you becoming an admin and proves that it is too early for you to take the responsibility for it.
