Just as a small hint:
Thats the Steam-Link youve sent there, the Steam-ID would be this one STEAM_0:0:151435173
An easy way to get it without searching in the Console is using the website http://steamidfinder.com/ where you only have to enter the Steam-Link and it will show you its ID where you can copy paste it ^^
