Why would you like to become a moderator?
1. I've decided to apply because i wish to be the first option people pick when they're in need, someone to manage a situation and put an end to it, i wish to be that person they need.

2. I feel like i would be suited to moderate the servers because i'm a pretty easy problem-solver, all i need is just some decent context of the situation and i will handle it before it gets worse.

3. i don't have much experience or abilites or knowledge that could be useful for others, no.

4. most of the history in blackwonder that i had was mostly deathrun and class wars, way before i started playing jailbreak. Good times.

Not much, atleast 2 days every week, i have school work to do.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
i'll go over the punishments by each rule, just to make it clear i will ALWAYS warn before Slaying/Muting/Gagging/Etc. Please consider that with each rule with a punsihment is after i've done enough warnings.




1. Muted: You can't use voice chat and can't join the blue team on jailbreak servers. First offense is 30 minutes, longer if repeated. (and/or if it contains sensitive topics).

2. Gagged: You can't use written chat. First offense is 30 minutes, longer if repeated. (and/or if it includes sensitive topics).

3. Silence: You can't use voice or written chat. First offense is 1 hour, longer if repeated.

4. Spraybanned: You can't place sprays. First offense is 1 day, longer if repeated.

5. Teambanned: You can't join the blue team on jailbreak servers. First offense is 1 day, longer if repeated.

6. Kicked: You're removed from the server but can rejoin immediately. It's a warning to change behavior.

7. Slay/smite/explode: Your character is killed and must respawn. It's a warning without long-term punishment.

8. Banned: You're blocked from all Blackwonder servers until the ban expires. First offense is 1 day for serious rules breaking, longer if repeated.


9. Use Common Sense: Be reasonable with rules and logic, don't make it any harder.

10. Don’t Overtalk Admin During Mic Check: Let the admin do the mic check without interruptions. Mute for 10 minutes for first offense.

11. No Talking Over Warden: Let the warden speak without interruptions. Mute for 10 minutes for first offense.

12. No Warden Impersonation: Don't give commands if you’re not the warden. Gag for 1 hour for first offense.

13. No Armoury Camping: Don't stay in the armoury too long. zeus'd for first offense.

14. No Baiting: Don't provoke the other team. Slay for first offense.

15. No Delaying: Don’t stall the game. Slay for first offense, kick if repeated.

17. No Ghosting: Don't give info about alive players while dead. Gag for 1 day for first offense.
18. No False Accusations: Don't falsely call out "freekill." Gag for 30 minutes for first offense.
19. No Sticky Traps: Don't set sticky traps. Slay for first offense.
20. No Detouring/Delaying: Take the shortest route when ordered. Slay for first offense.
22. No Blue Control Rooms/Armoury: Don’t go to restricted areas. Slay for first offense.
23. No Ammo: Having ammo means you’re rebelling. Slay for first offense.
24. No Lethal Taunts: Taunts that kill other players are KOS. Guard Slay for first offense.
25. No Force-Baiting: Don’t force others to bait. Slay if it is a continued offense.
26. No Griefing: Don’t interfere with other players or the game. Slay for first offense.
27. No Breaking or Using Breakables: Don’t break or use things leading to restricted areas. Slay for first offense.
28. No Cheating: Don’t skip parts of minigames. Guards will handle that.
29. No Camping in Unreachable Areas: Don’t hide in places others can’t reach. Slay/Warn for first offense.
30. Don’t Be a Smartass: Don’t argue about being killed. Gag/mute for 30 minutes for continued offense.
31. Follow Custom LR Restrictions: Don’t do things that restrict gameplay. Slay for first offense.
32. No Freekilling: Don’t kill reds who aren’t KOS or baiting. Slay yourself or face teamban for first offense.
33. No Killing Freedays: Don’t kill freedays unless they rebel. Slay for first offense.
34. No Freehitting: Don’t hit prisoners for no reason. Gag for 30 minutes for first offense.
35. Don’t Camp in Red Rebel Areas: Don’t stay in rebel areas. Slay for first offense
36. Reds May Not Be Forced to Rebel: Don’t give orders that force reds to rebel. Gag for 10 minutes for first offense.
37. No Team Killing: Don’t kill teammates without reason. Slay for first offense.
38. No Griefing: Don’t activate buttons or break things without permission. Slay for first offense.
39. No Favouritism: Don’t favor specific reds. Warning + Smite/Respawn
40. Don’t Kill During Repeat: Don’t kill during repeat. Slay for first offense.
41. No Kill Orders: Don’t order prisoners to kill guards or each other without reason. Slay for first offense.
42. No Illegal Friendly Fire: Only enable FF for valid reasons. Teamban for first offense.
43. No Tricky Orders: Orders must be clear and straightforward. Warn for first offense. More than 4 reds die during that trick order it is a match Teamban (wait for next map rotation)
44. No Renaming Reds: Don’t rename reds. Address them as "reds" or "prisoners." Any other rename for reds i'll just tell you personally that you can't do so, continue to do this and i'll just smite you, no other serious punishment.
45. No Warden Hogging: Don’t be warden more than 3 times in a row unless chosen randomly or other exceptions. Slay for first offense. Seriously, share the roll of warden.
46. Warden Cannot Lie: Don’t lie when giving orders or answering questions. Warn and/or smite for first offense.
47.No Progress Impositions: Don’t limit reds based on others’ progress. Warn for first offense.

Most importantly, how would you acquire the evidence? It's important to have evidence to back up most applied punishments, and if you do have one, please list the program used for recording evidence (and incase you don't, steam has a replay feature that can be used to record clips and programs like obs can work pretty well to record evidence)

To clarify the punishments for breaking rules, here are some examples of actions that might lead to a ban and how to handle muting and gagging:

Serious Rule Breaking That Might Warrant a Ban: 1. Cheating: If someone is using hacks like aimbot or wallhacks to gain an unfair advantage, they should be banned immediately. The first ban could last for a week, and it would be longer for repeat offenders.

2. Exploiting Bugs: If a player finds a glitch in the game that helps them win or avoids getting caught (like going through walls), that should result in a ban as well. The first time might be a one-day ban, but it can get longer if they keep doing it.

3. Advertising Cheats: If a player is caught telling others how to cheat or where to get cheats, that’s a serious issue and should lead to a ban right away.

4. Bypassing Communication Rules: If a player has been muted or gagged and continues to use chat or other means to communicate, that should definitely lead to a ban.

5. NSFW Sprays: instant and permanent (thanks chubba)

how i handle Muting/Gagging:

Muting: This can apply when a player is being too loud or abusive in voice chat. The first time they need to be warned, but if they keep doing it, the punishment could start with a 30-minute mute, and it would be longer if they continue acting out.

Gagging: If someone is causing problems in the text chat, like spamming or being rude, they could get a warning first. If they don’t stop, a 30-minute gag would be appropriate for serious violations, i'm sure spamming won't be a problem but if it is i'll just give a 10 minute gag.

It’s very important to have proof when punishing someone for breaking the rules. Here's how i do it:

1. Recording Gameplay: Using free software such as OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and Medal to record the video and audio of the game. This way, it can show exactly what happened if there’s an issue.

2. Steam Replay: If i can, steam replay is reliable on most TF Servers. (im not sure but if i remember. Steam Replay is disabled on that server? please let me know).

3. Player Reports: Encouraging players to report rule-breaking with pictures or clips makes it easier to gather evidence. By explaining these points, I can show that I understand how to handle different situations and enforce rules fairly.
