Usually daily between 3 P.M-10 P.M GMT-5 (more known as Eastern Standard Time) I'm unfortunately rather a hit or miss on the weekends due to me having to support my family and religion related stuff.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
I'll definetely be more on the lenient side, after all BLW JB is just a server from a 2007 game; Nothing really to be very serious about. (Except cheating, then so.. permaban

I'll be on JBUS always since JailBreak is a gamemode I've been playing the longest and most comfortable with, when it comes to punishing, I depend on the how long I've seen this player play JB, and if it was intentional or not, and if they weren't aware if there's a new rule into place, I believe that there should be a much lenient punishment for the first 1-2 weeks because not everyone has Discord, or know the rules by hand.
Usually most rulebreakers that happen in-game of JB should always out with a warn , especially if they're a more recent player, I don't want to use staff abilities to look like a jackass, I want to be a real source of help to JB players and I don't want this game to die and have people not enjoy the game just because someone decided to break the rules and which they had little to no control to go against said rulebreaker.
I don't show favoritism towards my friends or any renowned players, I just play JB for fun and this can be considered like a "A casual player stepping up" and I want to focus to make this gamemode better and enjoyable at the same time and same scale.

Talking over the warden so other prisoners can't hear the warden's order: I will give off a warning before giving out short mutes, around 5 minutes; if the violator keeps talking over the warden, then I will extend the mute longer to 10 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then 2 hourss, then 1 day, then 4 days, then 1 week, then I'll use the permanent.
Racism: Warning with a 30-minute mute and gag, 1 hour, then 5 hourss, then 1 day, then 4 days, then 1 week, then I will use perma.
Toxicity/Harassment: Warning to stop, then 45-minute mute, then 2-hour mute, then a day-long mute, then a week-long mute, then a perma.
Overtalking a mod when a mic check is going on: A warning with a 10-minute mute, then 1 hour, then 1 day
Delaying: A warning to stop delaying, slay, 30 minute ban, 1 hour ban, 2 hour ban, 4 hour ban, 8 hour ban, 1 day ban, 4 day ban, 7 day ban
Ghosting: Warning, then 1 hour mute, then 6 hour mute, then 1 day mute, then a 2 day mute, then a 4 day mute, then 1 week mute, then a 2 week mute, then a permamute.
NSFW spray: Permanent spray ban until they have shown sufficient evidence that they have changed their spray.
MicSpamming: A warning with a short mute of 5 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then 5 hours, then 1 day, then 1 week, then a permamute.
Alting: Double the punishment they had violated.
Leaving without punishment or LATP will result in double the punishment they had violated.
Punishments regarding the BLU's or counter-terrorists or the guards
MFK: Revive with all reds, and the BLU gets a 1-week teamban, then a a 2-week teamban, then a a 1-month teamban, then a permanent teamban.
Button grief: Warning, then a slay, then a 2-hour teamban,
Team Killing: Slay the violatorator and revive the victim, then a 1-hour teamban, then a 2-hour teamban, then a 4-hour teamban, then a 1-week teamban, then a 2-week teamban, then a permanent teamban.
Freekilling: Slay violator and respawn victim, then 2-hour teamban, then 4-hour teamban, then 1-day teamban, then 4-day teamban, then a 1-week-old teamban, then a 2-week teamban, then permanent teamban.
