Give freedays when round starts

If a player changes class after they receive freeday, they will be tposed the whole round, unable to even conga.

If a player could instead be given those 10 seconds after they spawn until the round actually begins, it would prevent wasted freedays.

Why though? T-posing is funny and the only way to t-pose in Blackwonder JB (because Blackwonder doesn't have a !civ or !tpose command for some reason)

They have a short time window between the end of the round they recieved a freeday to the start of the round as a freeday, so they can change to their prefered class/loadout.
