Declined Give crits back to guards when warden locks (Jailbreak)

Self-explanatory. Just allows reds to steamroll rounds by killing warden and forces blues to go warden in modes like warday even though there really isnt a point to doing so otherwise. It also makes LGKA a nightmare if prisoners are attacking en masse.
