also can a warden say as a order figure out when the game starts and kill people who look to see when a game starts? or make reds afk freeze then hit a object like the soccor ball that kills reds and aim it a them. if they move they die as thats not following orders

Yes

Probably not, would need a demo to be sure though

Nope. Those actions are still considered baiting, but as a red you can't chase them down and attack them without force baiting. A blue continuously "ranged baiting" in the manner you described can be voteslayed.

yes but unless a donor or admin is on a vote slay can not happen. there is no way for a normal player to do anything about some one range baiting unless they are a scout with wrap or boston. then thay are once again force baiting by using a projetile
