Completed Fix Fire Time Bomb RTD

After the Jungle Inferno Update was released, there were many changes including the change to afterburn. However, this broke fire Time bomb making it impossible to damage you or others with the RTD.

The new afterburn changes might make it difficult to fix, so the properties could be changed altogether or removed/replaced.
