Resolved FF2 tiny mann regen

It seems there is a bug in FF2 where if you are the boss and roll tiny mann you can use an exploit to get back to full hp.
DM for the full explanation since i don't want people to do it.

Existed for forever. It's just extremely rare for hale to roll tiny man before "using it " to get his hp back.
