Everytime i play as or against Blitzkrieg, my console get permanently spammed (until i reconnect) by this:

"Failed to create decoder for MP3 [ freak_fortress_2\s93dm\dm_start.mp3 ]"

And even if the round ends, it will keep spamming this, and if it spam too much, the game will eventually crash!
I tried deleting the 'sound' folder, but it didn't worked!
I need urgently help! :(

If you have removed 'sound.cache' and you still get the problem, then either, you didn't download the file correctly, or it's a problem with the server.
Try verifying integrity of game files and see if it works

Try going to the tf root folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\ or whatever "SteamLibrary" folder you have installed TF2
After that go to "download" and delete the "sound" folder, this is where every custom MP3 is located. Rejoin the server and try again.
Nevermind, you did that already, unless you mean the sound folder OUTSIDE the download folder.

Verifying the integrity won't do anything at all since its a custom file. The integrity just checks missing or corrputed game files, not custom.

Alternatively you cold replace that sound file with a custom one of your choice. (Unless sv_pure is set in a way that you can't)

If that still isn't working, try replacing download/sound folder with the one i zipped instead, it contains all the sounds needed. Replace every file you find.
Oh yeah, i stupidly forgot about the existence of the "download" folder xD, btw i'm having this problem when i play against or as Blitzkrieg, so the problem is only on his sounds.

Create a dummy file with the same name and the error will go away. Alternatively go find the Blitzkrieg FF2 files and fill your download/sound folder accordingly.
