Class Wars , Engineer VS Medic , I prefer moderating the second one.

Well... I like to help people... I like knowing Rules...
I don't like toxic people...
I can help every TF2 Player ("Merc" in my naming , heh)
I don't have any experience but it is simple commands using and seeing & listening to the everyting objectivley.

Unstable but I usually play Every day of the week , from 17-18 PM to the 23 PM (GMT+1)

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Note: I'm a kind of person that don't wants to ban/kick so much , "Sorry" or "Apologizes" from the player is enough for me to don't give mute/kick this one time.ONE TIME.Everything seen Obiectivley , obviously.
Chat Flooding/Spamming/Racist , Homofobic , Xenofobic (Et cetera , Et cetera.) Behaviour on the chat = Warn(1)/Mute for 2-5-10-15-30 Minutes
Smiliar bad behaviour on the VC as on the chat ones / Not speaking English = Warn(1)/Warn(2)/Gag for 2-5-10-15-30 Minutes / 1-2 Hour
Bad Mic = Warn(1)/Gag for 10-15-30 Minutes / 1 Hour
Being offensive towards other players = Warn(1)/Warn(2)/Silence for 5-15-30 Minutes/Kick/Ban for 1-2-6-12 Hour(s)/ 1-2-3-7 Day(s)/ 1-3-6-12 Month(s) / Permaban.
"Naughty" Spray/Objector =Warn(1)/Sprayban until confirmation of spray change/Kick

All i want to see in future are two things , first , some shop plugin that lets you pucharse some taunts , second , Some balance system on servers... You're Last in the leaderboard? You can always have some bread from using teleports!
Well... ~415 Hours in TF2 Est.2015...Somewhat Under Avearge Medic Main (Battlemedics are stinky!). I'm learning C++ , Java & Unity's Bolt.
I have some knownledge about Hammer Editor so i can help with patching maps.

Excuses for not having enough hours of gameplay on your nice servers and for not being so proffesional in some labels but... i'm a bit stressed about that... it's my first try! heh...

this is a perma sprayban until the player makes an appeal on forums.

Perma ban on first offense. Why go through the headache again?
