Why should we revoke your punishment?
I must have received this ban 6 or so months ago and it was done out of spite not with any evidence that I was cheating, which I was not. I chose not to dispute the ban at the time since I was planning on quitting tf2 regardless and only came on the server irregularly. First the ban had no demo attached and clearly was because there was no evidence against me and then about a week later he added a demo which in no shape or form shows me cheating. Please just review the evidence thanks.

Im not even sure if people still play on the Jailbreak server, but id prefer to be able to join incase I see some people on it thanks.

Hey Enrique!

You shouldn't lie on your appeals, I remember the game and seeing you do many aimbot-like flicks and knowing where people were despite of no visual or audio ques so I started recording and got obvious evidence of both aimbot and wall hacks.

After reviewing the evidence, i noticed multiple flicks which start at tick 9000. You aimlocked on both the reds and looked at them through the wall before you even saw them or before they were called out by other guards. Later on in the demo you were bhopping around waiting for the red to come out of a room that you never saw him go in, and never heard him.

I will not be accepting the appeal despite your fancy items and sexy voice. (unless you or another staff has anything to say)

(ps: i know the demo stutters and have taken this into account, the aimbot flicks are way bigger and obvious then the slight half a frame stutters and lag from the demo. + after watching MANY aimbotters through demos i know exactly what it looks like and those flicks were very similar then obvious cheaters on f2p accounts)

The cheating is fairly obvious. In addition to what was mentioned, you were also tracking several reds from behind Crush Game's concrete (and thus obviously opaque) door at the start of the demo.
This is also quite likely not the first time you've been banned. This account was banned over a year ago, and while the names being the same doesn't mean much, the IP's originating from within a mile of each other is more interesting.
