Resolved Dodgeball inf rocket delay

So on beandevil thanks to the tp in blues left corner if you manage to get the right timing up there while rocket is targeting you. You can essentially delay the rocket forever as proof on the video I took on it.

Rockets will now break after 1000 bounces.

Hmm seems like this change didn't happened or was reverted. I'll try it out again

Done, changed it to 1000 bounces on all servers, so it will reduce the delay time while the rocket is stuck into a mapthing
