Completed Dodgeball - 1v1 Godmode

A 1v1 Godmode when only 2 players are actually playing on the server
Players don't have to wait for the rounds to start, they just keep playing
And if they don't want that, a vote would be there to disable it

This plugin exists on many servers, MaxDB, Infinity, Dynasty.TF
