Resolved Disconnect/Connect Issue

I've noticed that the connect and disconnect announcement is repeated twice on the cp_orange server.(176.57.142.90:27060)

I've uploaded a picture to this thread showing it ingame.

I'm sure I've seen it on other servers as well. (Jailbreak, FF2, etc)

I have seen it in normal matchmaking as well, at least I think I have.

Pretty sure it's to do with TFS and how it announces connections so it does something with disconnects, not sure though.
