I only did it as a joke because when id get a headshot as sniper i pressed the bind. I also have the bind key next to another bind that would say "LIBERATED."

but in this case i sometimes pressed the lmaobox bind key which was right next to the "LIBERATED key" in which i intended to press the liberated key but ended up pressing the other bind.
this is partially accidental was well.

i wasnt focused on the keys because i was hellbent on marketgardening a pyro and didn't look.

I'm saying it's your fault to have a key bind and you pressing your key bind using the lmaobox is a form of advertising it.

Oh no! Not humor! How are we supposed to deal with humor?!?

My point being that making jokes should not equate to a ban from the server. Especially if he wasn't warned in advance to stop using certain binds (like the LMAOBOX one). Although tbh, if you are going to advertise any cheat, do advertise LMAOBOX so that people get VAC'd since it is actually detected by VAC now.

But humor should not result in a ban or as backed evidence to uphold one (ie: "Hitler did nothing wrong" which is obvious sarcasm).

If it IS seen as a big deal to make these kinds of jokes on the BlackWonder servers, then I would think digital should be let off with a warning.
Similar to how if you make a minor traffic violation, you don't instantly get slammed with a hefty fine.

I think he should be gagged for a week or so, this was a bit of an overreaction.

Advertising hacks is still against rules though, as well as it's not funny and is still considered spam. Spamming "hitler did nothing wrong" 6 times https://stats.blackwonder.tf/hlstats.php?mode=chathistory&player=272312&page=2 is once again just spam but it also could offend someone so that's great.

No one minds humor or fun. You can have binds, I and probably every admin have binds. Just avoid advertising hacks and don't spam especially if you could offend someone. I think this last part is common sense.

I see your point of view, but don't jokes have to be... well... funny? At this point it's more irritating than funny, as it was on a trade server, moving up other trade binds and hindering people who actually wanted to trade. Not to mention, we take the advertisement of cheats pretty seriously here, as each cheater on one of our servers just makes us look that much more bad. I do agree that maybe a perma was harsh, but I don't think a perm silence would be out of order here. Still waiting on the thoughts of my colleagues and a rebuttal from digitall himself.

Advertising hacks is normally a perma gag or ban depending on who you ask. So says the rules.
Being offensive and a general asshat to people is also punishable (woaaaaah i know right :O). So says the rules.
You made the point that you have "LMAOBOX" and "LIBERATED" set to a bind when you headshot someone. I find it hard to believe because I can't see a single instance of you saying "LIBERATED".
Would agree with a perma silence. Appears to be rather annoying and the whole advertising hacks thing.

After looking through all the chat logs, I have to agree with Wanka on a perma silence, but maybe in the near future, you can prove yourself good by doing some reports or something ya know? Other than that I strongly oppose the use of inappropriate jokes like the Hitler stuff UNLESS you state that it is a joke immediately after and apologize to those that were offended. Another thing is maybe you should think twice when making binds by reading the rules thoroughly and if you're not sure if something is allowed, stop by our discord and ask an admin, we'll be glad to sort things out for you.

I have to agree with @Buster and the rest, maybe a gag for a week or so i did see you spam the hitler bind so there goes another reason for you to be gagged. You seem a bit young "i can tell by the spelling".. and people who normally advertise hacks even more so lmaobox is against the rules so i would gag you for a bit longer and tell you to remove that bind.
