Declined Delphox Hale

So yeah, i have my very own Hale and i totally forgot to send it to Ben to add it to the VSH Servers, so yeah here ye go.
Its a Delphox, equipped with a Sun-on-a-Stick and as his Rage, he has a Flamethrower with 20 Ammo

Not entirely, a friend of mine who knows how to model stuff etc. helped me out with this, but at least i did some stuff on it too ^^

As far as i understand this, no
I cant tell since i dont know how to add plugins and what are the requirements etc. but i think there arent any configs, just add and its fine

Also @Benedevil , bout the configs, he told me that if we want to add the hale to a server we have to make the configs from pretty much out of scratch or a template

I attached the config to the normal hale, as I don't know what behaviour you'd like the hale to have. If you can send me the config with your configurations, that would be great!

Name: Delphox
Class: Medic (7 i think)
DMG for Rage: 1'000
HP: I guess 7'500 is okay?
Weapon: Sun on a Stick that deals 120 DMG per swing
Ability1: Teleport that stuns people nearby for 3 secs
Rage: Gets a Napalm-Flamethrower with 20 Ammo, dealing 75DMG per Ammo + normal afterburn
