Accepted [Deathrun] Add dr_facility_v1f

dr_facility_v1f is a new deathrun map that recently came out and offers good visuals, nice details and a fun game play. This map is truly a quality map that offers a little bit classic deathrun experience, but also some platforming at the same time, so the map gives a little bit of both worlds. I'm sure people are going to enjoy this map and it's definitely worth having in the map rotation. When a player finishes the map, it's not over yet. You can either choose to humilate the evil that tried to murder you or you can choose to play a minigame.

The map creator claims that for some reason, nothing got packed in this particular version of the map. I will inform when a new version is released with the issue fixed. It should be done this evening.
