Resolved Deathrun #2 lagging

I have been playing Deathrun on Blackwonder for the past year now and have not experienced any problems (not until 2019). When I joined Deathrun #2 (which is the server I always play) I experienced a lot of lags even though my fps was over 200 and my ping was low. I thought it was something with the server but some players say they do experience it and some players don't, so I don't know what might be happening and I need help.
