While we generally dissuade copy and pasting punishment ladders from other applications, at the very least you were honest about it, didn't try and pass it off as your own and gave your justifications for doing so. This is a lot more than what could be said for most.

Being a staff member requires you to be respectful to other players to your utmost ability. Just keep that in mind if you want to become staff. If you believe that you will be fine with this it will be alright.

Punishment ladders are not mandatory for applications, and we recognize that for the applicants that choose to write one, there are only so many different variations of them.
