On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
I usually play on dodgeball servers located in EU and I would like to moderate for those as well.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
Because I always liked to give out a helping hand for people, and I sometimes hate when there is annoying people that isn't kind to people or is rule breaking and won't be able to do anything except trying to make tell
them to stop.

couple of hours daily maybe 3 - 5

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Chat spam: I would give them a warning if person continued I would give them a mute and gag
Cheating: if provided with enough/good proof perm ban
Spray: permanent spray ban
Slay: if someone starts being annoying for everyone and said person is told by everyone to stop. if continue I will kick.

My gaming experience is not much been playing games since child and TF2 was one of the first ones

You're almost at 2 days of playtime, we'd recommend having at least 3

Clean chatlogs
No prior punishments

Chat spam: I would give them a warning if person continued I would give them a mute and gag

We issue mutes for voice/mic spam and gags for chat spam

Slay: if someone starts being annoying for everyone and said person is told by everyone to stop. if continue I will kick.

unless this is what you mean by being annoying, how would you punish stealing, blocking, and delaying?

How would you address:
- Donor abuse
- !calladmin abuse
- Punishment evading

If they kept on stealing and blocking ON purpose I would tell them to stop but if they kept doing it after that I would ban them for 3 days and for delay ask to stop and slay after if they continued

- Donor abuse I would tell them to stop abusing if they continued I would gag them so they wouldn't be abuse to try and abuse example voteslay or votekick

- !calladmin abuse tell them to stop calling an admin for no proper reason and after that continue to gag them for 1hr.

- Punishment evading I would double the punishment they got (inspiration from Peters application) because I thought it was a good way of dealing with it. personally I would have banned them if I had enough evidence of it

and I should be able to reach the 3 day play time very soon

Thanks for your patience while we catch up on the applications backlog. I really wish you put in the time to initially flesh out a more detailed punishment ladder. I also didn't observe a whole lot of activity on the forums nor the Discord, but I don't consider this too heavily. Ultimately though, there is something to be said about your conviction in wanting to become a staff member; I agree that we could use more compassion and kindness.

Just be on the lookout for n-word baiters. You addressed this (https://i.gyazo.com/d4e8c129212058c22699d03ef0f5b06a.png) in DMs, stating that you saw other people discussing the country Niger, and wanted to explain to someone that the nation Niger and the n-word are two different words. Somehow, I doubt that the people naming the country are cosmopolitans sharing their wealth of knowledge surrounding culture, and they were more likely n-word baiters. I don't think you defended them on purpose, but it is important for you to stay vigilant, as people act ignorant about this all of the time. I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt on this one, but I noticed a few other chat log anomalies:

Ultimately, there is a lot of potential here. I really like your reasoning for wanting to be mod, and even wished it was expanded on further. I cannot in good conscious though accept this as it is given the more recent chat logs. I encourage you to reapply if you can manage to keep your logs cleaner.
