I have been a moderator on Ozzy TF2, Aurora TTT/DarkRP, and Moat.gg TTT. Unfortunately, all three servers are dead, and I have no real proof of my time on Ozzy or Aurora. However, there's a lot of info about Moat.gg that I can direct you to, as well as put you in contact with other staff members, including a previous "senior admin" (the second-highest staff position on the server) if need be.
On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I highly enjoy multiple game modes, usually focused on amplifying the wacky nature of TF2. The servers I frequent are:

Once again, pretty much any of the core game modes of TF2, I'd be willing to staff the servers. I have VERY limited experience with Jailbreak, and it would take quite some time for me to ever feel comfortable staffing those servers. Same with Deathrun, VSH, and Dodgeball.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I enjoy keeping servers fun and clean. I find myself filing a lot of reports, most of which are accurate and result in action. I believe there's only one spray report I've filed that was declined, which I still personally maintain that it violates the "common sense" rule for pornographic/suggestive sprays. (To me, conveniently placed censorship hair/a shirt pixels off from exposing a nipple is suggestive enough to warrant punishment.)

I know a few of the staff, but have not exactly spoken at length with any of them. I'm not too fond of reaching out and taking up people's time without need, so most of my interactions have been directly related to server-related problems. (I can probably think of two that I've at least played with/while they were on the server a handful of times.)

How often do you play TF2?
Quite a lot. Over the years, I've accumulated over 3000 hours on TF2. I had a previous account with around 2300, and my current account is just about to hit 1000. I have about 60 hours in the past two weeks, so I'm on quite a bit. My real-life schedule is week-to-week, so there's no real consistent days.

It's been made clear that this server does not punish players for this, and as such I never would, but I would be first in line to support the intentional crashing of other players to be considered Griefing.

I feel as if I've been fairly clear on my application, but of course if anyone has any questions or concerns about anything they see here, just let me know and I'll either address the concern, or change my information.
In addition to having staffed previous servers, I also hold several positions of various management at events in real life, with a wide range of responsibilities and skillsets. I can always elaborate if needed, but I realize that these may not be considered applicable.
I feel as if my weakest part of this application is my complete lack of current moderator recommendations, and will be reaching out to a few to see if I can edit that section to include a few names.
1st edit: Before it's pointed out by somebody else, I would also like to address an instance of what could be viewed as donor abuse. (See https://bans.blackwonder.tf/index.php?p=commslist&searchText=STEAM_0:0:30671710&Submit=Search). This player had been previously punished for harassment, and he was back at it. I unfortunately mixed up gag and mute in my tired mind for this vote.
