Why would you like to become a moderator?
I have been playing on Blackwonder Jailbreak consistently for nearly a decade at this point, and I have a deep appreciation for the server, its community and the gamemode as a whole. I would help out right now with reporting bad actors, but my limited free time outside of work and family responsibilities makes it difficult to review hours of footage I record to submit reports. As a staff member, I would be able to address rule-breaking immediately with the active recordings to fall back on as evidence. My goal is to support the team by moderating during hours when other staff members may be inactive, ensuring the gamemode remains enjoyable for everyone as I truly do enjoy this gamemode to no end. I would like to give back to the community that has given me years of enjoyable rounds of jailbreak with many more to come!

Your chat logs aren't as lucky as your priors.... Your priors I gave the benefit of the doubt given the amount of length, but not even a full year has passed since your usage of the N word and other obscenities.

Multiple logs of the N word; the f slur. "Foid" - and whining about punishments staff have given. All not a good look for an aspiring moderator in my opinion. You have a dozen pages of the word "fuck" - a good chunk of which are directed towards other players.

Good chunk of priors, however are all old. My main concerns are with the reasons on some of them-- I'm waiving the benefit of the doubt card as I do not know you personally, and again these are old. I believe that 6-8 years is enough time to mature, however as I do not know you personally I cannot attest as to whether you have or not, though given there's no recent punishment logs i'd like to believe you have changed, at least in this regard.

You understand punishments scale based on repeat offenses, and have a solid understanding of the rules. I'll cover anything I think you've missed or may need clarification on:

Solid approach; however if the round hasn't ended you can give them LR still. It's all situational. If there's like 3 seconds left it doesn't matter and will result in a freeday the next round. If they have time to be respawned, do that and re-give LR. If they haven't died, just re-give LR.

Be very careful when assessing this rule-- 99% of the time the red's not AFK Frozen. If a red is not AFK Frozen for a repeat then the repeat doesn't need to be given, as repeats are only valid if they're afk frozen. I've only ever seen 2 out of the several dozen instances where the repeat has actually been valid. Everyone will cry they didn't get their repeat even though they weren't AFK.

Overall, I think your punishment section is fine; a lot of nit picks, but at the end of the day they're nit picks. Plenty to easily learn in a trial. The more prominent issue that jumps out at face value are your chat logs-- which are more recent than your priors which are of even greater concern when read.

I personally would like to see an improvement in social behaviour first. you're known in the community, have good ambition-- but I don't think the behaviour you're showing, at least from what I can see through chat logs is befitting of a moderator.

I will reply to each statement you made in your response starting with my logs and my usage of vulgarity.


I used the "N word" 3 times in my chat logs, I thought it was allowed at the time as a staff member said we don't punish for saying that word a while back. I haven't had that word in my vocabulary since knowing that the word was not allowed, the same with the "R word" I apologize for using both of those words.

I also didn't know "foid" was a slur of any kind, I should have not used the word without knowing the definition of it. Now that I do know what it means I will no longer use it, I just seen it recently appear in memes and such.

To give some context about me complaining about someone else's punishment, Fumlarn got gagged for toxicity just for saying I was bad and that I suck. I absolutely was washed and he said it in a joking way, I personally think the gag was unjust. I could have went about expressing it with less vulgarity so I will be better about expressing myself in the future.

I think the "F slur" was me misspelling "jag" while I was high on something, although I believe that is no excuse for typing that I do apologize.

I do say "fuck" a lot I will work on cleaning up my language regardless if I get moderator or not, I need to be better I will improve upon that.


Now I will go though all of the questions you had about my ladder and how I would punish rulebreakers.

It would not change they would just be muted cause on red they won't be able to impersonate and on blue they can't join whilst muted.

This punishment would change to a teamban if someone on blue was sticky trapping.

The actions I would take for illegal ff I disable ff, smite the warden, respawn all the reds and then give a warning. If its a second offense I would do the same thing except I would tban the warden, respawn the reds and then slay the warden who activated ff illegally. For illegal freeday I would smite the warden and I would use the command to force someone else to be warden and tell them to give orders then issue a warning to who gave an illegal freeday. If its a second offence do the same thing but instead of a warning it will be a tban.

I would smite the warden who gave the illegal/trick respawn the person that was freekilled give a warning to the warden, smite the blue that freekilled give him a warning about following illegal/trick orders.

I would smite the warden, issue the warden a warning, respawn the person and get the round back on track.

I would say no more said special days and to do an actual round, yes I would stop it from happening I would say no more if they start to do it I would smite them and force someone else to go warden telling them to do an actual round. I would make the sure the special day does not go forward.

What's your definition of AFK Freeze?

The definition of AFK Freeze is away from keyboard + away from mouse. Healing as long as it is done before the order is given is considered afk and voice lines are always considered afk.

What's the difference between Baiting and Force Baiting?

I will go over the differences between baiting and force baiting. Baiting is when a blue stands close enough to the reds to be hit which is melee range, inside a red side area they are currently occupying, in the way of an area reds are moving towards or any other area they occupy such as markers, medic or cells. Force bait is attacking a guard way past reasonable means, purposely walking up to blues not close to you, not inside an area reds are currently occupying, not in the way of a reds path or hitting them with a projectile outside outside of baiting range. Also if a blue was baiting and a red continues to run after the blue then that is forcebait, so anything that is not considered baiting is forcebait.

How would you deal with engineers building in mini games?

How I would deal with engineers building in minigames, I would destroy them (assuming it is a console command mods could use) if not I would urge them to destroy them immediately and to stop camping the minigame or they will be slayed. That goes to any player camping minigames during VSH not just engineers, get out of the game or you will be slayed. If it is a persistent issue with the person camping and or building in a minigame during VSH they will follow the punishment ladder of delaying/camping.

Nice seeing you apply, your application looks good and I don't really have any problems with what's laid out. Pretty good playtime and your last punishment was on June 2025, with some priors. Looking at your logs minus what was already brought up I think you should chill out a bit with saying "fuck" and "shit" in chat. You also report players and know the rules pretty well which is a good bonus.

My biggest concern is your history and association with some trouble makers on jailbreak, I'm sure you know which players I'm talking about. I've seen you on jb since back when LA JB existed in 2019, and most of the people from around that time have either stopped playing or have been banned. You were a bit of troll back then and kind of falling between players that caused a lot of trouble and end up getting banned (some of them making alts after all these years). I think you have changed but how am I sure that you won't go back to trolling once you become a staff member. Don't want a staff member to start abusing or turn a blind eye to trouble, especially on jailbreak where it could go south sometimes.

Howdy Raven, Thanks for the reply!

I will definitely clean up my language going forward, I will try to conduct myself more professionally and less like a Hazbin Hotel character. I have been playing on blw jailbreak for a decade at this point and this is a social gamemode at its core, so I have added and been added by almost all regulars throughout the years. Also invited to countless discord groups, quite a bit of them I was never really active on and I even hosted my own discord servers. With such a large amount of players added and how unforgiving the punishment system is (compared to other gamemodes) having a majority of people who I used to play with being punished or rule breaking when they grow bored with the gamemode is inevitable.

I don't condone the bad behavior by any means, but they are their own individuals they made their own choices I cannot control the bad decisions they made. I don't mean to feign responsibility, although I would not personally participate in any wrongdoing I would turn a blind eye towards it I would just let them ravage the server I take blame for that. Also most of the punishments I have gained throughout the years were my own fault and I take accountability for them I should have not exploited, intentionally broke the rules or played while I was high. I used to be quite immature seeing what I could get away with, but I have changed my behavior since then I just hope it shows with how I carry myself now.

Regardless if I get accepted or not I will still be here, I just want a chance to give back to the server that means so much to me.
