Why would you like to become a moderator?
There are two reasons that i find myself with when making this application.
I'd like to commit my free time and energy towards serving the community and preserving the rules set by the server. I find enjoyment and satisfaction giving back and not asking anything in return. This community is my home and i'd like to do what i can to help out around our metaphorical house.
The second reason for my application today is very important to me. I want to not only be somebody who upholds the rules at the highest level, i want to change the culture of the jailbreak community into something more welcoming and friendly. I want to bring the US jailbreak (Including NY) servers back to their peak we saw in our previous years by leading a culture change to preserve regulars and promoting a tight-knit jailbreak community by encouraging forgiveness of others and lowering toxicity levels by leading by positive example.

I understand that my punishment ladder may differ than the one currently used by Blackwonder officially and i respect that. I tried to create my punishment ladder using references and replies given by administrators when reviewing prior declined and accepted applications. I am fully capable of adapting to the official punishment ladder used by Blackwonder if my Application is indeed accepted at this junction.

Obviously, a small blemish is currently on my application when reviewing my ban history.
First off i'd like to address my most recent teamban initiated by x9_raven earlier this month.
Because of the pandemic, i have been relying on my phone data to keep my internet in check. Unfortunately, a few days before the next cycle i usually have to rescind to my home wifi which is plagued with overuse from my roomates. This has caused me to experience high levels of lag once in a while if i'm forced to use my actual wifi. During these times, I usually play on the red team if i notice continuous lag so i don't disrupt the round if i am roulette to warden as a guard.
In this isolated and unfortunate case, I was struck with some pretty bad luck.
I went warden due to the fact that i haven't experienced any disruptive lag that day which of course, began to escalate once i took over and began to give out orders. In my experience, I really did not want the round to go into a free-day and disrupt the game and potentially deny LR's active, so i made the call to !uw in order to preserve this round.
Now this is my fault in its entirety as i should not have put myself in this situation and stayed on the red team until i felt comfortable with my lag before making the switch to the blu team.
I completely support raven's action in issuing the punishment against me and i would've done the very same if i were in his position.
I realize that this punishment was rather recent and i understand if this blemish on my record poses red flags towards your overall opinion of me, but i hope that my records show that this was an isolated incident.
As far as my other punishments go, i have no recollection of the punishments issued by the 2 donors and i believe if you had a chat with the 2 of them, you will probably get a positive response when it comes to my in-game behavior.

I believe that the feedback provided by the admins on my previous application is still applicable and i have done my best to carry out their advice. I approached this return with a new directive, to fully integrate myself in the community and make myself known. I have done this by remaining active on the forums, discord and in game. I have also interacted in some way with most of the jailbreak staff by asking questions or for help clarifying rule.
My experience as a donor has been more about establishing myself as a known individual in the jailbreak community rather than enforcing the rules with an iron fist. I usually only used my votecommands unless it was absolutely needed. I wanted to make sure other players could feel like i was trustworthy, so i tended to hold on initiating a vote unless they were disrupting the round, so in order not to cause a scene, i usually took my report the the forums rather than risk donor abusing which would be a one way ticket to having the community not like trust me from the get-go. I think my time as donor so far has been valuable and i plan to continue to be a productive member of the server no matter where this application ends up.
