Answered Command problems?

I was on the Jailbreak blackwonder ny server. 45.58.116.106:27060. A lot of commands aren't working. If we do try a command, Either it takes forever to do it or it wont work because we don't have access to the command (donor commands). Even drax can't use powers. Can some mighty and godly admin help? *where is bene-chan*

This has been an on-going issue with NY. Back when I was admin I remember the commands would not work at all especially comm block commands, so I had to resort to a kick or ban based upon the severity.
Admin tags and commands would work on LA but once I hopped into NY, nope everything would not respond.
I tried changing the map and I remember with Miyu, we messaged the entire server that we would kick everyone to see if that would resolve the issue (hoping if it would restart) but no it didn't help at all (everyone agreed to the kick since chaos was erupting so they hoped that the server being empty would allow it to restart and possibly the commands would work).
So Bene has to look into it when he has the time.

As a rule of thumb, if anything happens to the webserver ((D)DoS, box moving, data centre maintenance, or whatever) then the SQL database is unreachable.

The DB contains all the SourceBans data, like access rights along with any other persistent data that carries across through map changes.

If it can't connect at the start to get permission levels, then no, none of your commands will work. Including allocating tags.
