Om the TF2 servers I purchased a weapon color (cyan) and I can't figure out how to apply it to my weapons. Could someone tell me how please.

You can type !inv
And that will show you all of your current items/perks that you have in your possession.
and to activate your weapon color you simply find that color and click it,
if it says [E] cyan
That means you have the color cyan equipped in game.
though you might not be able to see the color you have equipped in first person you should be able to see it in third person.
to go to third person you simply type !tp or /tp and to go back to first person type !fp or /fp
